A Perfect Meal

I had to share this great recipe with you!  It's Asian Chicken Salad with Snap Peas and Bok Choy.  It is soooo good!  This is will be the perfect dinner on those hot summer evenings that I know are just around the corner.  The flavors are just amazing but I LOVE anything with fresh ginger in it.  It calls for ponzu which is something I never even heard of but it's just a citrus flavored soy sauce
