The White Christmas Banner

I received a lot of emails asking to see my White Christmas banner up close and also asking if I made it. I wish I could take credit for it but it was made by "M" ~ Tales from an OC Cottage. She sent it to me last Christmas. I LOVE it!!!Unfortunately she doesn't sell them for those of you that asked. It's made from tulle ribbon which I've seen in the bridal section at Michaels and little tags.
